How do I change my password when I’m logged in?
To change your password when logged in, follow the below steps:
1. From the top right drop-down, select Account & Billing

2. Head to Login Settings from the top navigation bar
3. Click on the Edit button next to your password

How do I change my password when I can’t login?
If you forgot your password you can reset it so you’re able to login. To do so, you can either head to https://moz.com/lost-password directly or you can click on the Forgot Password? link on the login page:

I Requested a Password Reset but I Never Got an Email
If you’ve requested a password reset but haven’t received an email with instructions, please ensure that noreply@moz.com is not blocked by your email server or flagged as spam.
If you’re still having trouble, please email help@moz.com with the following information so our Help Team is able to assist:
- Please send the email from the email address associated with your account
- If you have a subscription tied to your account, please include the last 4 digits of the credit card tied to the account and the full name on the card
